If you have an item you purchased somewhere else and would like it personalized it is best to email a photo of the item, quantity and text you would like engraved as not all items can be engraved.

** Please note: Items that cannot be engraved include watches, rings, swords, knives, guns, bells, bowls and rocks.

Q: Can you engrave an item while I wait for it?
A: No, you would need to drop off your item.

Q: What’s your turn around time?
A: Approximately 1-2 weeks. If you need something sooner, a rush fee may apply. Cast bronze and aluminum plaques take approximately 8-10 weeks.

Q: Can you engrave jewelry?
A: No, I don’t engrave on rings, bracelets, watches or necklaces.

Q: Do you engrave on knife blades, guns or swords?
A: No.

Q: Can you engrave an address on a rock outside our house?
A: No, you would need to contact a monument company.

Q: Can you engrave Yeti drinkware?
A: Yes.

Q: Can you engrave on an item if I provide it?
A: It depends. I would need you to email me a photo along with what you would like engraved and approx quantity.

Q: Do you offer on site engraving at an event?
A: No, my machines are not portable.
